My money would be on Wonder Woman. Batgirl seemed too concerned with looking ladylike, and apparently could never punch people, just kick 'em. WW wasn’t afraid to belt them nazi’s once in a while.

Wonder Woman stands in middle of empty parking lot, taunting and insulting Batgirl with filthy language entirely inappropriate for a princess.
Eventually, Batgirl becomes enraged, charges full-tilt at Wonder Woman on her Batgirl-cycle.
Batgirl crashes head-on at 50 mph into invisible main landing gear of “Invisible Wonder-Jet”, rendering herself comatose.
Wonder Woman laughs hysterically.
Wonder Woman. Batgirl’s crippled.
Wonder Woman, because she rules. I wanted to be Wonder Woman when I was a kid.
