I just finished my classroom orientation with Albuquerque Ambulance and I begin in the field on Friday. I expected to get a completely crappy shift, and I did. Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 1800-0700. I was thinking how my weekends are going to be screwed when I suddenly realised something…I don’t work any of the holidays! I just assumed as the new guy that I’d get stuck with them all…and I have them all off.
