STOLE → I hate these jumbles. I spent a lot of time trying to shoehorn an N in there, then bailed with an H
HOTEL → ?ETOL gets nothing, but move the E to the front and it evokes
EXTOL

Scoredle’s second guess is better than mine; it leaves only one nonbogus possible for the third, and sinks the birdie. And our second guesses shared four of five letters! smh
