GUMBO → At least I got the most likely carryover letter. Let’s see if I can place it, along with trying E and three WoFcons
STORE → Placement yes, everything else no. I can finish the WoFcon search and try a few consonant deep cuts with
FLOWN → It strikes me there’s another vowel in there somewhere. But I’m running out of consonants… and guesses. I thought of CHOCK, but modified it to not double the C and try a vowel
CHOKY → Nada. Oh boy, what’s left? A & I and some (high-point Scrabble) consonants. At least I know Q isn’t one of them. Can I find a word with both remaining vowels? Oh, I can..

ADIOS is the great starting word for today. My third guess was rather poor per Scoredle (38/103) and the fourth likely worse (20/38), but they did get me to the point that there was only one nonbogus word left. Scoredle finishes with a workmanlike tap-in par.
