Then I wracked my brain for a while trying to find any word that fit, decided to set it aside and come back later, went to a baseball game and then a bar, and eventually to bed having forgotten all about Wordle.
For what it’s worth, PIZZA was the only legit word left. Oh well.

PIZZA → Well, that’s not bad, though very vowel-heavy. I can try three WoFcons along with those vowels via
TRAIN → A placed - and well-placed; it takes a spot where the I could have otherwise gone - but not a lot of help. I thought a lot about words that fit in here, and (the next morning) decided to try the I in first
IMAGE → Betcha that M goes in fourth, and so then I took a look at the S and it came to me

Third guess was 4/17; final one was a tap-in, so I was pretty lucky with my guesses, especially since the letter I picked up with that third guess was so important to finishing with a par. Scoredle also pars, with all yellows before the finish - evidence that an elimination strategy works well, especially when you have the word list!
