Working out with bad wrist/knee?

I’m wondering what the best supports are for people with bad wrists or knees. Lifting weights and squatting will definitely put strain on them.

Depending on exactly why your wrist and knee are “bad”, there may not be anything you can safely do. You need to see a PT or similar doctor and get the OK to work out. They’ll fill you in on wraps and whatnot.

Get an accurate diagnosis. Many of these things can be remedied with a proper prehab/rehab program.
