Yup, it’s the twist.
Dances: You mean everybody hasn’t seen this already?
I find the male night elf dance even more embarrassing than the female one.
My reaction was “…” when I tried /dance in Old Hillsbrad as a temporary female human.
The Macarena? Really?
Their jokes suck too.
Hate playing a human for those instances.
I’m sure you’re right. I’m just a bit surprised because I know with one more night of attempts we would have beaten Yogg. To me, at least Yogg > a couple of nights
of non-progression gear up raids.
The way it’ll play out is that we’ll probably get the keepers down my raid time end and still have Vezax up. Tomorrow will likely be ToC 25, Ony and maybe VoA if we have WG. So maybe Thursday we’ll kill Vezax and get cracking on Yogg again.
I’m not raiding tonight.
Yeah, most of them are lame, but I do like the “Me and my girlfriends trade clothes all the time — we’re all the same size!” and the one about “… ever feel like you’re not in control of your life …”, just for the way they break the fourth wall. The male /flirts are just dreadful, though I guess that’s the point
Ahem. Spent some time today leveling my nelf priest (lvl 18, yay), and once again I’m considering making a “joke” post on the Blizz suggestions forum:
Dear Blizzard,
Please add more bears in Darkshore and, if possible, please see if you can increase their threat radius as well. I’m not being ambushed by bears nearly often enough. Today my low-level priest at one point killed two furbolgs in a row without a bear attacking me from behind just as my first spell hit the furbolg. Additionally, on several occasions today, I spotted bears five levels lower than me less than 50 yards away that did not immediately aggro on me. Please fix this.
Thank you.
I do have to admit that I love the male human jokes, though, especially the LotR one. It’s probably because I don’t play Alliance and so I only have to hear it from male character groupmates in certain CoT instances or when using the savory deviate fish.
Aaaaaand WoW Europe is pretty much down, today.
Looks like they’re reorganizing servers, too; mine is in the receiving end of a free transfer. I can assure you it’s not because we didn’t have enough people.
And then there’s the battle.net problem. Back when they came up with battle.net, we could create accounts but we couldn’t link them to WoW; many people never went back. Now we have to everybodygolinktheaccountyesterday (we have a month to do it). It took me three attempts to get it linked, yeehaw.
Oh well, guess I’ll flip through youtube videos or something…
You know, there’s an easy fix for this, get the quest where you are supposed to kill 20 of them. You never see a bear while you’re on that quest.
As it turns out, you get full DKP and attendance if the raid is full and you sit out. You get it for as long as you’re online and available. You can play an alt or something, but the raid leader needs to know where to find you. This makes it a lot easier to take a night off as long as we have enough people to raid.
So… There’s a Highborne in Darnasus now, in the temple. Listening to his banter with the guards, it’s an obvious set-up for their re-emergence into the world for the nelf mages. Hoped to see a priest being all prosthelitizing-y in Gnometown in Ironforge, but no luck. shucks!
Is there a pally talking to the druids in Thunder Bluff currently? Or something similar for the Horde?
Yeah, in the druid tent there’s a druid talking to a wounded warrior about following the path of the sun instead of the moon. I think Tauren Pallies are planned to be called Sunwalkers, so.
Now that CC is pretty much a thing of the past , is there a new use for the Succubus? I can find a job for each of the other 'lock pets but this one seems totaly usless to me in both solo and group PvE. Is there a PvP use for her still?
Whoa, last night was a major lootfest. I’d forgotten how… exciting it is when the other tanks mostly have better gear then you. In other news, god, the revamped T2 really is hideous for Warriors.
We started in on TotGC25, but one of our tanks was having connection problems, so after two attempts, we called it so as not to wipe unecessarily. We wanted to get a VoA run in, but there was less than 15 minutes left on our WG buff, so we stayed in raid and went to PVP instead. Defending, we royally kicked the Horde’s ass, and then went in to get a bunch of drops that were almost completely useless for everybody in our raid. :smack: WTB a better RNG.
Yay, good DKP systems should all give credit for being available even if you don’t get a slot. Glad to hear you’ve got one that works that way!
Isn’t there some raiding spec that uses her for PvE DPS? I’m not too up on 'Locks.
I’ve no experience with Warlocks but I was given to understand that she’s a DPS upgrade over the Imp.
Depends on your spec, last I checked she is the best group PvE dps pet for Affliction. Of course my 'lock is Destro in groups these days so I haven’t given it much thought since I respecced.
Being Demon/Destro that would explain why I don’t have much use for her.
Depends on your spec. Destro is imp based, demo is felguard based, aff is succy based. She’s the highest untalented dps pet. Felpuppy can’t quite reach the succy, but he’s much more durable, and if you’re solo, having the spell lock is much more utility than seduce.
The blueberry actually is the most situational pet at 80, but he still has his place.
Well, you see bears, just not the rabid ones that you’re supposed to kill
