I picked musicaltheaterverse, but ONLY because you specified musical theater in the Buffyverse, where the songs actually serve the plots and are entertaining (as opposed to musicals which need 5 minutes of song to express a concept like, “today I am sad”.)
I was unclear. I meant only that the rules of the musical theatre universe are like the rules in the Buffy musical episode: that strong emotions prompt the singing, that music comes from nowhere the singer can see, and that everyone can sing & dance passably while in the influence of the magic. But the MTU is not the Buffyverse. Which is good, because of all the freaking demons thereabouts.
I don’t see a difference between getting shot in the head and being a vanilla in the DC universe.

I’ll take the Musical Theater Universe. I figure a straight guy could do very well there, scoring with the ladies-wise, for lack of competition if nothing else!
