The current Time magazine has an article on page 63 about a new musical based on The Lord Of The Rings(a three-and-a-half hour “epic”), and it looks about as good as it soundsshudder. What adaptation from movie or book do you think would make an equally awful musical?
BTW, as I’m typing this, my son came up with “Tron-The Musical!”

Well, I wouldn’t have thought you could make a good one out of “Sunset Boulevard.” Shows what I know.
Theoretically, with the right talent, you could make a good show out of just about anything.
The Antiques Roadshow Musical Roadshow would pack 'em in, I’m sure.
