I know the style seems to be for bigger and bigger “clouds” but honestly I’d much prefer invisible vape fluid, as is indoors I try to hold a pull in for thirty seconds at least so when I exhale the vapor is nearly invisible.
It isn’t banned or anything where I am just I want the nicotine, I could not care less how visible the vapor is to myself or others.
How hard would it be to make “stealth” vape fluid?
I don’t know, but seeing the vapor is part of the enjoyment for me. It seems as though I were really smoking.

It is just standard old-fashioned 100% PG eliquid with some distilled water added. The trendy, modern eliquids have a lot of VG to produce the huge clouds.
The vaporless stuff has not been very successful commercially and is hard to find. Easy enough to just buy straight PG based nicotine and add more PG and some distilled water to dilute it to the strength you want – that’s what I do. I mostly don’t even bother adding flavoring; the stuff tastes fine to me without it.
Notice that the nicotine base in my link is for a liter of 100mg juice. Dilute that to 12mg and you get over 8 liters of ellquid for the price some brands charge for a 30 milliliter bottle. The markup on the fancy flavored stuff is insane.
