This article practically brought tears to my eyes. Those animals are starving over there, and there’s nothing that anyone there can do. My question is whether it would be possible for someone to organize some sort of donation system. If enough people could donate money, then perhaps these animals could be saved from the cruel, painful death of starvation. So this is what I want to know:

  1. Would it be possible to organize something like this?

  2. Who would need to be contacted?

  3. Who would the money be sent to?
