I need to know this for my homework and I cant really fond it anywhere so can you die from landing head first from a 36 foot drop onto concrete.
You can die from falling any height, even just from tripping on your shoelaces while walking down the sidewalk. Are you looking for the probability of death?

Emma, gravity acts at 32 feet per second/per second, so you would hit your head at something near that speed. And since Force=Mass * Velocity, you can calculate how hard that would be. Others may have better answers than that.
A question for you is what class is this, what grade/school level is it, and how bad do you need this class?

At what speed? If you’re going to say “at that speed”, then you really ought to calculate a speed. And mass times velocity is a momentum, not a force, and damage to a body depends more on energy than it does on mass or force, anyway.
Would I, me personally, die? God, I’d hope so. It would suck to do all that work of climbing up to end up crippled or maimed.
I sit corrected. It is F=MA, or acceleration. In mitigation, it has been 45 years since my last Science class.
Some people across the street from me were having some work done on their house. The worker fell off the ladder (or roof maybe) and died. He hit hard enough to leave ‘gray matter’ on the concrete.
It’s a normal two story house, he likely wasn’t more than 25 feet or so off the ground.
Impact would be at about 22.5 mph. Regardless of how you land, It’s liable to hurt.

I fell off a chair(from sitting) onto bamboo flooring and got a concussion. Heck yeah, you’ll die or be seriously injured. IMO as a consummate klutz.

I had a neighbor that was knocked backwards and hit his head on a curb and died, and people whose parachute failed hit the ground and lived, so it depends.
