Not in public. And frankly, as a dressup outfit in the house - either the dress OR the makeup would be tolerable.
My daughter’s 8, but she wouldn’t be wearing that out of the house. In fact, even for dress-up, I’d probably only let her little sister wear it b/c it’s way too small for the girl in the pic. As for the makeup, hells no.
She sure as hell better, if she’s gonna be bringin in the sorta cash I like to see.

I was thinking I’d let her wear it, but with tights instead of bare legs, and different boots. I’m not sure what she’s supposed to be, so maybe I’d add a witch hat or some wings. The overall presentation though, is a little old for my tastes.

That’s what I’m thinking, with modifications to make it less hooker and more junior witch or junior dark fairy, maybe, maybe but surely not with the makeup. Makeup is for 15+ in my world.
No, and if my brother were to even consider letting my niece wear it, I’d break my own cardinal rule of staying out of his business and give him what-for. Not that he or my sil would either ever consider such a thing, but still.
I think she’s dressed as Miley Cyrus, her sister, for a Halloween fundraising event for children with AIDS. At least, the outfit looks remarkably like one her sister wore recently in an Elle photoshoot.
