I wouldn’t do it!! Being about as photogenic as your average hog, I really wouldn’t want total strangers telling me I looked like roadkill on a bad day.

The page is still down but I ve seen other pages that rate photos… and I dont think I d be brave enough for this…
Besides there are only two kinds of photos of me:
1)baggy clothes and mostly mashed smile = dodgy
2)mini skirt, high heels and tight shirt = sissy

Re the OP. Nope, I won’t post pictures anywhere, even on the people pages. Heck, I’m so eager to avoid having pictures of my ugly mug available on the net that I’m not even sure I’ll go to doperfests unless I’m sure there won’t be cameras. :eek:

I haven’t tried to access this site, but I’m not interested in what people think of my appearance. If someone wants to judge me, I submit that what I’ve done with my life and my career is much more significant than the face I present to the world.
Come to think of it, I don’t have TIME for people who place emphasis on something so fleeting and unimportant. I don’t get militant about too many things, but GRRRRRRR!!

Well, I was going to do it, then I realized that I don’t have once decent pic of me that’s reasonably recent. Well, I do, but I look REALLY BAD in it.
So much for that idea. Besides, I’m not sure I could take a ton of strangers telling me I looked ugly.
I can’t tell you how little I think of a site like this.
That being said, I DO think all of our members’ pictures are absolutely charming.
Not having a digital camera, a computer at home or a scanner to scan in a traditional one leaves me on the “unable to post a pic” list. Actually, I did send one in to Opal for her pages but that was a while ago and I think that it got lost in cyberspace when she changed her page.
Oh well.
FWIW… here’s my theory on that page. First off, nobody gets a high rating, b/c its real easy to be a critic behind somebody’s back. Second of all… there has to be a large asian population viewing that page. Not to play the race card… but there are many asian girls on that page that are getting extremely high ratings in comparison to others on the site. I don’t mean that in an offensive way… just an observation… I also enjoyed the fact that Britney Spears is rated below a 6… makes ya kind of wonder
