In my mind, parm and beef don’t go together. However, I would try it on a spoonful to see if I’m right.
And a smell like vomit. Oddly, I never noticed until a visitor arrived while I was cooking pizza loaded with parmesan and asked “Who vomited?”. Even more oddly, I don’t care, I love the stuff, which I find odd because who smells vomit and goes “Yummm, can’t wait til that’s out of the oven.”
But what do you put on a bolognese, which is a beef ragu? Typically, parm.
Put it on and call it fusion cuisine.
Don’t think I ever had bolognese then, and I just don’t think parm and beef belong in the same dish. If I eat spaghetti with meat sauce I just don’t add cheese (oh the heresy!).
