A case was revealed earlier this week in Melbourne where a bunch of dickhead teenagers filmed and released a DVD of themselves sexually assaulting and physically torturing a 17 year old girl.Real heroes.
What the HELL?? 
I’m not sure what’s worse…that they committed these atrocious acts at all, or that they came up with the very intelligent idea of selling the DVDs @ $5 a pop.

They were probably suspended pending further investigations, with the intention to expel later.
If I were a parent of any of these kids, after they have done their time in whatever institution they end up in, I would be getting a long way away from Melbourne because their lives are not going to be worth living here thats for sure.

Some friends who found the MySpace said that until they deleted the page they were still getting supportive messages from friends. Um not nessarily… Developmentally delayed can ALSO refer to learning disabilites, Asperger’s Syndrome, cerebal palsy, persusiave developmental delays and other conditions that can make a person act younger then they are chroniclogically. It doesn’t always automaticly mean mental retardation.

This was not a “date rape misunderstanding.” They deliberatly raped and preyed on that girl. I am sorry, but anyone who delibertly does something like that should wind up in jail/ Center for the Sexually Dangerous for LIFE, with absolutly NO chance of parole.

‘Retarded’ in US lingo means anybody who has any sort of shortfall in their chronological vs their actual intellectual age. News on the ground seems to agree with you SkiDemon that the wankers in question were previously infamous in the community for being threatening dickheads and were quite familiar to the local constabulary for their antics…however, up until this time, they had (allegedly) never crossed the line to blatant criminality and especially of such a henious kind.
If it were up to me, the rapists would be taken behind a building and have a bullet put in the back of their heads. The collaborators would be emasculated and branded on the forehead.

If I were the parent of one of those kids I’d save the State the cost of a trial and incarceration and feed my kid to the dingoes myself. Such actions are beyond the Pale.
