They are saying “Don’t leave your newborn in a dumpster, a garage can, or any place other than a Safe Haven site.” There are news stories of newborn babies being left to die, and the Safe Haven Laws are an attempt to stop this horror.
This is exactly why we have these Safe Haven laws!

OP called the sticker a “bumper sticker”. Others in the thread said it doesn’t look like a bumper that it’s on, and someone said it looks like a dumpster, and OP said it is on the bumper of some kind of service vehicle. I suggested it (the sticker) is on some kind of trash bin being held up off the ground and carried around by a forklift.

It honestly didn’t occur to me that people were trying to decide what the sticker was on in a thread with the title “WTF Bumper Sticker.” I thought the thread would be about the you know, bumper sticker. To be honest discussing what the sticker was on when the OP said it was on a service truck is so incredibly dull that I wouldn’t have thought people would choose to discuss that in a million years.
