That’s my friend Chupa. He sucks the blood from goats but also has the ability to take on the form of different animals. We’ve seen him as a wittew wabbit at Lake Mead, and as a variety of things in Los Angeles. One time I was alone, in the dark at a golf course when a bunch of coyotes were howling and, judging from said howls, getting real close real fast. I called out Chupa’s name and they stopped approaching. I’m surprised he let himself get photographed.

Has to be a dog… You just can’t see it’s right arm. It’s facing in the north-west direction based on it’s legs’ position from our pov (head and left arm turned a little more west). The bend in the legs also makes sense that it is a dog. Also you can see the face is quite brown. Also, the skin color would be nearly jet black, which is impossible.
Most likely a poodle, terrier, or brussels griffon. I’m voting a breed of terrier that has quite a short hair cut.

I zoomed it to 400% and it does look like a toddler with some weird shadows. Or maybe a kid who just rolled in mud. Strange little creature whatever it is.
