Wtf is up with these PopUnders!!!!!!!!!

I don’t know if this problem can be solved cuz DAMN it’s annoying.

I get a pop-under on the hour or on the half hour intermittently. The origin is from this website. Luckily I bookmarked it somehow and these are some stats:

it pop-under internet explorer window title is “Advertising_Loading_Window…”

I’ve read that now pop-unders are going to be the new wave of bothersome ads that can’t be stopped with pop-up killers. I have the Google popup blocker installed and it doesn’t affect the pop-under that comes on the hour or half-hour. Is it somehow part of my computer’s clock? How do they send it exactly at that time… Ah who cares, just as long as I can get rid of this annoying thing.

Head over to this site to pick up Ad-Aware and Spybot Search & Destroy. Use 'em both and prepare to be startled at how much crud is in your PC.

I used both of them before and I cannot get rid of the intermittent on the hour or half-hour pop-under. I think these two applications just get rid of pop-up related junk.

I still use Ad-aware, Spybot Search and Destroy doesn’t do anything after the first clean up it performed.

I downloaded the latest Search and Destroy version and things are ok for the time being, just need to wait for the hour and half-hour tests to see if the pop-unders appear.

I had these 2 tools installed, seems like Search and Destroy is the better of the two for now.

You have to remember to keep updating the adware killers before you use it. Each of them have that option to download their latest updates.
