X-Men : Evolution - Nightcrawler Bamf doll?

Being a recent fan of this cartoon series, I guess I got in too late when it came to buying the six-inch doll of Nightcrawler from the X-Men : Evolution series by Toy Biz. I’ve tried every place I can think of online as well as nearby brick and mortar stores. No luck.

So I did some searching online and learned that some fans of Nightcrawler actually made their own dolls:

Has anyone here made their own Nightcrawler doll? Or were you able to buy one of those toys made by Toy Biz?

I’m going to try my hand at making my own.

Bamf doll?

So, the doll actually teleports, then? Did the toy manufacturers get the brimstone smell right?

No - in the original comic one character told a story of the “Bamfs”. Someone wound up making “bamf” dolls for Illyana. Later on Nightcrawler actually found himself in a dimension full of cute miniature versions of himself.

But could the cute miniature versions of Nightcrawler teleport? Otherwise, they’re just cute stuffed little posers.

I saw a bamf pattern online a few years ago, but the doll in Fairy Dust’s link looks much, much better.

I think I just found my next sewing project. :smiley:

I’m pretty sure they couldn’t 'port. They were just bamfs.

Bamfs could teleport, hence the name.

So could Boggies.
