Surely there must be a way for me to play Tiger Woods on my Xbox (not 360) through my laptop? I have a TV available for use but I want to use my laptop because I’m awkward.
I can’t quite tell if you’re asking for an Xbox emulator, or for a laptop TV-in. If you want an emulator, you’re probably out of luck. The only Xbox emulators I’ve found are listed on this page, and neither is anywhere near being ready. One of them only runs Halo (and not well, at that), and the other one is still developing the basic emulation functions.
If you just want a TV-in for your laptop, look for a a PCMCIA TV Tuner card. You can probably get one for less than $100.
I believe there are such things as notebooks incorporating a graphics card featuring TV-in capability; if yours is one of these (i.e. probably brand spanking new and expensive), then you might only need a breakout cable to make it easier to connect the video source to the DVI connector.

That’s very interesting, I was thinking about getting one of these anyway.
Well, that was … random. A non-sequitur zombie?
