Yeah, Andros was in town for business for a day or two, and we got together one evening for dinner. As I recall, you got sidelined by a sick young one. We’ll defintiely have to set something up!

Seriously though, I can’t begin to express how much I appreciate those of you who have picked me up and/or dropped me off at the airport during my various travels. (Extra props to those of you who have braved the Hell that is Detroit-Wayne County Airport, UncleBeer and BunnyGirl.) I’ve always had real-life friendships develop at these gatherings, which is why I’m always trying to get together with people on this board and why I always look forward to more gatherings. The backlash is that I don’t get to see you all nearly as much as I would like to.
Yeah, well, if I hadn’t followed DTW’s fucked up parking signs and gone with my instincts, you wouldn’t have received the fabulous parking garage tour. And the police escort out on I-94 was kinda special, too. I still have no idea what the hell all those cops were doin’ there.
Regarding the police, this is Detroit we’re talking about. Isn’t the scene you witnessed just a typical occurence there?
