Whenever I jog or go on long hikes or even lift weights, I have a tendency to yawn. Now im not tired mind you, but i do it repeatedly. I rarely notice anyone else yawning as they work out. I’m healthy and am unaware of any medical conditions. Can anyone shed some light on why i would need to yawn while working out? Even a quick succesion of deep breathes does not seem to prevent it.
Oxygen deficit seems like the most likely explanation.
