Now I know why I woke up around 4:00! I went back to bed, but then got up at 5:00 to finish a project and jump on a conference call to the East Coast.
I’m in Phoenix, AZ. We don’t get earthquakes here… I’m not sure how I’d react to one, having never experienced it before. o.o

I thought it was my upstairs neighbor Stompy taking a late-night pee. I was surprised it had the magnitude it did.
In fact, it was a 4.4 quake that struck at 4:04 am.

Didn’t feel a thing out here in Carson. If I had felt it I would have blamed one of the cats jumping on the bed.
