OK- I guess I should be more specific. I DO visit ATMB, and still did not see this mentioned until I specifically searched for it. I saw the thread entitled “Please read this before posting a question” and assumed that meant "Please read this post before you post a question in this forum about the workings of this board". To me, the title to that post does not give an indication that it contains any rules/rule changes. I thought it would be about the new board workings/functions/etc.
