What can I say, he’s the elephant in the living room. The dead elephant. About 6 days dead.
I’d say the answer (as in all things) is 42. Post #40 could have been referring as easily to Reagan (or about half the presidents of the 20th century) as to the current Bush. On the other hand, it took until post #42 for someone to come out and whine that Bush was being bashed, even though he had not been named.

I’ll remind you more often then. Realy, you should pick up your old copy of The Fountainhead (we know you still have it) and read some of Toohey’s columns. They might give you some inspiration!
