It sounds familiar but I can’t place it. OTTOMH it sounds like Haydn. Will see what I can dig up.
I’m wondering whether it was used as a popular ringtone or something…
The other option is a Strauss waltz, I suppose.
My Haydn trawling has not turned up anything yet, but then he wrote so many string quartets and symphonies it’d be hard to find. May try Strauss next.
