I get that now. The same thing happens if you question global alarmism or anything else that the really stupid big government does. It won’t matter what the truth is, it’s all about what the truth should be. But sometimes some good shit creeps in.

Some hospitals in New York also lost years of research, except it was due to Superstorm Sandy and not Hurricane Katrina. And now some of those hospitals and many large buildings in the New York area are rethinking where they locate their mechanical systems and electrical closets, so that they’re not vulnerable to flooding.

Another example. New York City found that restaurant grease that was illegally dumped in the storm drains was causing a lot of clogs. The city required that restaurants certified that they had contracted with a vendor to legally and properly remove the grease. They cross-referenced the locations of the grease clogs with the locations of restaurants that hadn’t filed the paperwork, and was able to identify many of the illegal dumpers.

The officers gave ISIS the organization and discipline it needed to weld together jihadi fighters drawn from across the globe, integrating terror tactics like suicide bombings with military operations
