A great day for devoted browncoats.

Well, poo, I wish my order would ship.

Among other things, it has the DVD of A Christmas Story in it.

Amazon! Sunzabitches!

That’s a definate Christmas Wish List item for me.

Showed up on my porch this morning. For once, it’s a good day to be unemployed.

I picked up my copy at Best Buy today.

Drooooooolllll… I’ll pick it up tomorrow. Can’t wait for Santa.

UPS guy dropped off my Firefly box a couple of hours ago.

You all suck and I hate you. I’m afraid to get it just in case someone’s buying it as an xmas gift…

Just buy it and keep the receipt.

If you get it as a christmas gift, use that one for the return.

I ordered mine today- dammit, how long do I have to wait 'til I can get my Jewel Staite fix?!

Arggh! Amazon still says mine hasn’t shipped yet!

The wait is infinitely worse knowing other people have gotten theirs already!

UPS brought Buffy 5 and Firefly today.

I bought Firefly based on 10 minutes of viewing and the ravings of fans – you guys, probably.

Does anyone know if the shows are in order? The first ep on the disk is Serenity, aired 12/20/02, and the next eps have air dates of 9/20, 9/27, then it jumps to 11/1, 11/8, back to 10/4, 10/18.

I had heard that the eps weren’t aired in order, and I’m hoping that the disks are in order. I confuse easily.

The shows are in their originally intended order on the discs. Looking at the dates, I’m pissed at Fox all over again about what they did to the show.

And there’s an obligatory advertising insert in the box, with the slogan, “Fox knows TV on DVD” or something. Fine, they know how to put a TV show on DVD. But they don’t know when they actually have a fucking good show on their fucking network.

“The complete series on DVD.” It is to weep.
