John.
George, 'cause All Things Must Pass is one of my favorite albums. Favorite songs with the Beatles are probably “Here Comes the Sun,” “Long, Long, Long,” and “Old Brown Shoe.”
They’re all great, though.
Born in '63.
My parents, for some strange reason, owned Revolver - they like “Here, There and Everywhere” and thought the rest of the album would be like it.
I remember looking at the back and just feeling a connection with John.
I really felt he was talking to me. One of the first music heroes that I truly idolized.
It’s a tie between Paul and John for me. Paul was romantic and John had another quality, sort of cynical I guess, that made him very attractive for some reason. The two of them together were pretty much unbeatable.
Paul!
He looks somewhat like my father and has the same Zodiac sign.
George…obviously.
John, in an interview in the late 60’s, talking about the forming of the band said; “George was the guy that Paul and I wanted to be.”
John - definitely.
John.
I pick Paul. I LOVE him in interviews, and I’ve seen him in concert and LOVED it.
George is a close second to me, though.
Paul, then George/Ringo. John a very distant last.
George – from the very beginning. Because of him I began learning guitar at 12, which led to a 12-string, a mandolin, and my favorite, a 5-string banjo.
