Saw this on a friend’s livejournal and thought it’d make for an interesting thread here as well.
Born and raised in Tennessee to two sets of parents. Grew up morbidly obese and had a new best friend every couple years. Did not make good grades in school due to laziness but was was said to have great potential. Did not attend college. Lost faith in early teens and came out as bisexual a few years later. Family did not react well and moved cross country for a couple years before eventually coming back. Lost close to two hundred pounds, had my first brief relationship, and inadvertantly fathered a child. Still trying to live up to full potential.
Born and raised in Canada, eldest of 6. Happy childhood, did well at school, married at 21, have 2 sons, 4 grandchildren. Love my husband, kids, grandkids, mother, and siblings. Have wonderful friends as dear as family. Lived on a farm all my life. Had breast cancer, got cured. Have written reams of unpublished and unsubmitted material but have vowed to get serious this year as I’m getting on. Love to cook. Have been waiting for 55 years for a flying saucer to land nearby. Love to drive. Wish could take train across Canada, US at leisure, no time limit.

Born and raised in Spring Valley, an unincorporated suburb of San Diego, California. Slow, pudgy and withdrawn as a child, he shaped up a bit as a teen and was impatient, wiry, and withdrawn upon graduating from college. After a few relationships, he got married and had a decent career, both of which he pissed away after falling in love with a woman who really didn’t like him. Presently unemployed, alone, and depressed. Oh, and he has two children, which is why he lost his mind in the first place. Frequently contemplates redeeming his life insurance (wink, wink, nudge, nudge).
