Since you like baked beans, you might like this shameful recipe - add chopped hot dogs to the beans, pour the mix into a baking dish, then top with mixed Jiffy corn muffin batter and bake according to the directions on the box.
Growing up, I had a friend who would make “peanut butter, butter butter, and honey” sandwiches, the “butter butter” being dairy butter. It was decadent.
lol you should have seen the outrage when Keurig mentioned you could possibly use the same kcup twice although there is a bit of taste difference for doing so …
this my aunt … from what i understand its a great depression carryover
My shame is there’s nothing wrong with a bbq chicken pizza with shrooms and no onions from dominos ,
I dislike those rising crust frozen pizzas … give me tombstone red baron or tostinos party pizzas … or even tonys if that’s all there is
I have no use for most breakfast foods … I will eat cold leftovers for breakfast…
oh and since mom hated wilk with an unholy passion i learned to eat cereal from a box like chips from a bag …
toi hell with baking cookies … ill make a triple batch of cookie dough and eat it with a spoon …when Pillsbury decided to make all their doughs edible from the package i lept for joy …
If I make a big pot of chili, or spaghetti sauce, or beef stew, I frequently leave it on the stove over night to cool before putting the leftovers in Tupperware and into the refrigerator.
These both sound really good. Fortunately I don’t have a microwave, so that limits my schenanigans.
I also drink the last of the soy sauce, mix cereal (Holdover from college meal plans, where you had to sign up for freshman year. If you didn’t like what they were serving, there was always containers of cereal as well.) and grew up with something other than mayo in the fridge.
Love pineapple on pizza.
My favorite way to enjoy green beans is straight out of the jar, home-canned by my parents. Fortunately they do have a microwave, so sometimes I even heat the green beans.
Good call! Cold dall on toast is one of the great breakfasts. Indeed. any left-over curry served cold on toast is a fine breakfast. (Has to be white bread, obviously.)
Not me, but Trep jr - he’s notorious for the annual Xmas Dinner Sandwich, served late in the evening of the 25th. The only real difference from the above is that, being made from left-over Xmas dinner, he includes more exotica. Like brussels sprouts, parsnips and pigs in blankets. And he eats it cold.
