Get the landlord to clarify where who’s lot ends, then see if you can get some kind of divider (even those little posts with the rope between them) set up marking the border.
Hell, set up a spite fence. In this case that might just be sheets strung up on a clothesline, but anything to keep the crazy away.
So the trash had already been picked up and he threw it in her empty garbage can? I’d be pissed about that too. If I didn’t notice, I’d have a stinkbomb in my garage for the next week. Even if she wouldn’t have noticed, you don’t just dump your dogshit into someone else’s trash can. Carry the bag back to your house like a civilized human being.
Yeah that was my thinking as well. I’d be pissed about that, too.
Our trash guys don’t dispose of any small bags that end up at the bottom of our trash cans. I don’t know if they only tip the can so far into the back of the truck, or what, but small bags always stay in the bottom. This is not A Good Thing if the bag is filled with feces, or anything else that might attract vermin/scavengers to what we think is an empty can.
Her can doesn’t go in her garage. She doesn’t have one. She just drags it to the side of her house. Our garbage guys dump the can into the truck, small bags go with the big ones. I’ve always had a totally empty can after they dump it.
I caught up with dog walking guy and told him where my can was and told him that he could use it anytime. DWG is actually cleaning up the poop, that’s behavior I want to encourage.
There are a couple of kids that live across the street from my neighbor. They do things like ride their bikes, and run around and play. Sometimes they shout, sometimes they throw balls. If they see cars on our very low traffic street, they get out of the road and wait until the car has passed before riding again. Nice kids, normal behavior. Neighbor lady is constantly screaming at the grandparents over the kids behavior.
She’s always calling the police over stupid stuff. I assume she is the one who called the police because some of my friends used my house for emergancy repairs to a bike. According to the nice Sheriff who came out, “someone” was worried about a gang war breaking out. When I asked if Nancy had called, he just rolled his eyes, said he couldn’t tell me that, but had to be seen checking it out. She also came over and tried to tell my yard guys how to take care of my yard. That included them dealing with the weeds over the property line to her dirveway. She’s very well known.
I expect her to stroke out while yelling at her TV. Crazy, bitter and too much time on her hands.
