Agree, Pixar saved my sanity. I could not take another Disney Princess (omg!)movie when my youngest girls started Pixar movies.
I don’t remember who made it but “James and the Giant Peach” was a personal favorite.

On the DVD of The Incredibles I have, one of the bonus features is an “early” episode of a cartoon show starring Mr. Incredible where they use the mouth animation of Clutch Cargo. That Brad Bird don’t miss a trick.
I liked Arthur. There was plenty for adults to appreciate, and the tv show was a lot better than the book series.
But those are movies with large budgets, not daily low budget kid shows.
Henry Selick directed it for Disney and Tim Burton, after Nightmare Before Christmas was a hit.
Not a television show, though.

In the early 70’s this kid had to contend with Saturday morning tripe like “Kid Power” (horrible theme song still completely in my head).
Kids of different colour all getting along. Lessons of acceptance. The end.
Also - “The London Double Decker Bus” - just unmitigated offal. Awful.
When the highlight is the credits where a little stuffed tiger is billed as “Tiger” then you know you have something really hot on your hands.
Looks like there’s topic drift- from worst shows to shows that don’t outrage us. 
My choice for that would be Backyardigans with their crazy song and dance numbers.
Did anyone watch “Funny Company”, a syndicated cartoon filled with horrendous stereotypes?
For better or worse, I wasn’t exposed to television until I was ten, because my parents didn’t have a TV until then. So I never watched TV at a very young age. By the time I was ten, my interests were in cartoon shows like Bugs Bunny and Yogi Bear and Top Cat, and innocuous sitcoms like The Andy Griffith Show which I much enjoyed without realizing it would become a comedy classic.
Wasn’t that a segment on some longer show? I can still hear the god-awful theme song in my brain.
OMG, I had blocked out that memory. This is the winner right here. Horrible stuff. Those grownups were terrifying.

Oh God yeah. And as somebody said above, that’s really all there was to the show. Intro, commercials, skip in a circle to the same old song, and roll the credits. I don’t recall anything else ever happening.
