I am going to list somewhat unique social behaviors that, for the purposes of this thread, you are free to comment on. Whether or not you judge these actions with or without thought depends on the type of person you are. No debate, just what would go on in your mind if you were to encounter such an event in real life.

You see a normal looking person laughing/smiling with no one around him.

A 16 year old boy is dating a 14 year old girl.

A 19 year old boy is dating a 17 year old girl.

A man tells you he does not wash his hands after he goes to the bathroom because he insist that he urinates without using hands.

A 15 year old boy wants to have sex with a 25 year old woman.

A 15 year old boy actually has sex with a 25 year old woman.

A politician says that the reasons we do not allow minors to have sex are because they can not handle the responsibilities that come with sex and they can be sexually abused during the act. It is because of this logic, that it should therefore be legal for all minors of age 13-17 (after they reach puberty) to have sex with professionals (e.i. government licenced male and female prostitutes) because they can engage in safe and unemotional sex with the minors.

There’s worse and more dangerous ways to learn about sex. So long as it’s with the parent’s or guardian’s consent, I don’t see much harm in this, honestly.

I don’t think it would be possible for most minors (age 13-17) to engage in safe and unemotional sex with a prostitute. I can’t see licensing male and female prostitutes to have sex with 13 to 17 year old kids. I don’t have a problem with making prostitution legal, but not for young kids. Don’t really see how this would be a good thing.

As long as he’s not my waiter, I don’t care. I don’t wash my hands unless I pee on them - which hasn’t happened yet - or if I’m about to handle someone else’s food. I read a study that found that touching most public faucets puts more germs on your hands than if you’d just left the restroom without touching them. Makes perfect sense to me.

If I were the kid’s mother, I’d kill the 25-year-old. If I were the 25-year-old woman’s friend, I’d strongly encourage her to get some therapy, and, depending on how frequent the behavior (can only have sex with teen boys, seeks them out, obsesses over them, etc.), I may report her to the parents or to the authorities.

This makes little sense. The law is about protecting the minors. How is allowing prostitutes to have sex with minors protecting them?

The excuse is BS. There is no excuse for not washing after peeing. It grosses me out when I see people walking out of a restroom without washing.

That’s stupid logic. I’d think that that politician was an idiot, although I do think exceptions should be made for underaged individuals who are mature enough to handle adult relationships. If it were legal for me to have sex with a 16 year old boy, I would do it in a heartbeat and I don’t think the 16 year olds would be worse off because of it.
