Let me expand that a bit more. How would you rather the series between the Kings and the Wolves end: Wolves in 6, Wolves in 7 or Kings in 7?
A seven game series lets you rest more and has your opponent more beat up but maybe you lose sharpness.
If you face the Kings you get home court advantage but probably a team that is still harder to beat.
I’m a Laker fan and I’d like to see the Wolves win in 7. I’d like to hear from some experts though.

If I were Phil Jackson (besides being taller and wealthier), I wouldn’t care much one way or the other who my team plays in the next round.
The rivalry between the Kings and Lakers is pretty intense. With Minnesota far less so. Losing homecourt advantage to the T-Wolves isn’t a horrible thing.
The Lakers have a lot of veterans who have been in all sorts of playoff situations, so I don’t think they are easily fazed.
As the Spurs series showed.
I’m sure they’d love to beat the Kings again with all the hard feelings between the teams.
