I have stated elsewhere that, in principle, I am generally against teams from L.A. A LOT. But the L.A. Kings deserve kudos for the second time in three seasons. Two years ago it was for winning every single road playoff game they played, until their last one (they wrapped the Stanley Cup championship up in convincing fashion in Game 6 at home against the New Jersey Devils that year). This time it’s for coming back from 0 - 3 down to the San Jose Sharks and from 2 - 3 down to the Anaheim Ducks before becoming the first team in NHL history to win 3 ROAD Game 7s in the same Stanley Cup playoffs. Absolutely incredible. This run deserves another Stanley Cup championship. I hope the Kings “git ur done” against the New York Rangers in the 2014 Stanley Cup Finals! (Note: the Kings won’t have a chance to win four road Game 7s this year as I believe they have home ice advantage against the Rangers)
