One thing I’ve noticed on Youtube- Flash videos expand to fill the entire screen, but HTML5 videos only expand to the content area of the browser (I use the lasters IE and see no reason try anything else) the taskbars on both the bottom and top of the screen are still visable. Anyone else noticed this, is Google aware of the problem or don’t they see it as a problem, and is anyone working on a solution?
Only some browsers support fullscreen html5 video. IE doesn’t.
I keep multiple browsers, just because YouTube works a bit better on Chrome, and Hulu works a bit better on IE.
I just use Firefox and haven’t noticed any problems.
So can I blame Apple for breaking YouTube on my computer. Or is there more to the switch from flash to HTML5.5 than Apples refusal to allow Flash on their devices. Or should I blame Microsoft for not updating their browser to display something virtually everyone wants.
