Prior to last night (October 6 2022), whenever I accessed YouTube on my ONN Smart TV, my options were Home, Search, Subscriptions, Library, This, That, Some Other Thing, Settings, Log Out. Now Subscriptions, Library, This, That, and Some Other Thing are gone. I can’t readily access my subscriptions or my library.

I have tried getting help through Google’s un “Help Center” and got nowhere, and there appears to be no way to get into contact with a real person.

Anyone have any advice?

Try updating the YouTube app to the latest version

Is it possible to delete and re-install the app?

Are you still logged in to YouTube? Can you try logging out and logging back in?

According to this site, if none of the above works, the issue is likely on YT’s side and there’s nothing you can do but wait for it to self-correct.
