Word of “Operation Down The Hatch” leaks out to the Russian conscript troops. In a rare moment of clarity, a few realize that if they can convince the pilots air-dropping the vodka that the Ukrainians have pushed back the front lines by a few miles, the vodka will be air-dropped right to them, and so plan to do just that.
However, when aerial images of the Donbas region show up with a giant red band drawn across them labeled, “Nu Frunt Liens”, the rest of the conscripts panic, believing that their lines have collapsed, and they’ve been left behind to die by their callous officers. A massive rout develops, and the front lines actually do shift even further back.
As The Squad arrives to investigate this strange development, cases of vodka start to land all around them.
