These guys apparently have a patent for a ZPE-type device.

Somehow it will turn out to be a hoax.

FWIW, I did some searching at the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office website. I searched both approved patents and applications for the following terms, in all fields:

Cheniere
Bearden
Motionless Electromagnetic Generator
MEG
TGEN
transformer-generator

I couldn’t find any reference to the device the link appears to be referring to.

I’d also like to know which “friendly country” is the location of the National Materials Science Laboratory the link refers to.

Finally, someone in the field might be able to get hold of the two refereed journals mentioned – the Foundation of Physics Letter and Modern Nonlinear Optics – but I couldn’t find online sites for them in a Google search.
