Here is IMDB's full page for soundtracks with "Hit Me With Your Best Shot" in them, and while Gas is in there, it's not about tennis. Neither are any of the other movies on this list.

My WAG is the teen comedy Jocks. I have no idea what's on the soundtrack, but it's the only 80s tennis movie I can think of.

The 1983 film Spring Fever featured Carling Bassett and Shawn Foltz, two real-life professional tennis players, as opposing finalists in a junior tennis championship. I remember the commercials, but never saw the movie, so I can't say what songs are on the soundtrack.
