Behold…Whose Line Is It Anyway with guest Richard Simmons.

I like Tim, the Aries Driver too.
I have that episode of Whose Line saved on my DVR. Richard Simmons was a great sport, and it made for one of the funniest things I have seen in a long time.
I saw that–sheer brilliance! My brother and I couldn’t keep from cracking up every few seconds…
Why was he acting so flamboyantly gay, though? I thought Richard Simmons was a straight man.
I’m surprised he kept quiet for the whole scene. My dad met him once and said he never stopped talking long enough to take two breaths in a row. Howard Stern has never even been able to get him to slow down.
All in all, funny scene. Especially the jet skis. Not the funniest thing I’ve ever seen on tv though.
Great Googly Moogly…I’m dying here!
“Mines wet!”
I had to pause it so I could breath!
The funniest moment on television was when Ed Ames threw the tomahawk on the Tonight Show and, after the first burst of laughter died down, Carson said “I didn’t know you were jewish.”

   Richard Simmons is straight??
That has to be the funniest thing “Whose Line” ever did. Thank you for finding that clip Enola Straight. I will now be betting people $1,000 that they cannot watch it without laughing.
Ack. That’s exactly what came to mind when I read the thread title, but I thought sure it wasn’t going to be. ^^
I agree, it’s intensely funny/scary/wrong.
“WHERE’S WAYNE???”
This thread is better suited for Cafe Society.
I’ll move it for you . . . if I can stop laughing long enough.

::laughing hysterically::
(Thanks . . . I needed that.)
That was funny, and I did laugh. But it was hardly the funniest thing on television.
I’ve seen things on TV that made me laugh until I had trouble breathing, and this didn’t do that.
YES. KEEP HIM.
I like how Ryan chuckles at the mention of “watersports” in the initial description.
Watch the “Buddy Holly-type” guy in the background He is having fits. I don’t know how he survived it.
The best Richard Simmons moment I’ve seen is what I think was his last (or at least it was billed as his last) appearance on Letterman where he came racing out dressed as a turkey and started harassing the crew. Letterman gets up, grabs a fire extinguisher, and begins spraying Simmons with it. Apparently, Simmons wasn’t too amused by that.
I haven’t seen every episode of “Whose Line…”, but I do believe that I have never seen the audience, Drew Carey, or others laugh as much as in that episode.
There was that one “sound effects” bit that had Drew laughing so hard that he fell out of his chair. Two words: quacking elephants.
“As God is my witness, I thought turkeys could fly.”
This was a good one.
There’s one other bit I remember that got Drew so cracked up (because it was one of the games he was in) that he just lost it. It was the “Three-Headed Broadway Star” one where he was in it, and the topic was something about shoes. (This is the one where they sing one word at a time). And at one point, when it’s Drew’s turn, he belts out a whole phrase:
“And take me on a…”
As he remembers… “Oh, sorry, one word at a time…”, Wayne and Ryan are looking at him incredulously, and he just loses it after that – Wayne and Ryan keep their composure, and they keep it going, and baiting him at the same time. That whole segment was a riot.
