Flash Mp3 Player

I'm not sure where to post this but my mp3 player seems to have glitched it is no longer under warranty, when I turn it on it says no files but If I change the battery it shows the songs but won't play they are still there but can't get them. the player is an (ilo) and I found the website but they won't respond to my emails.
Help what do I do

Did it come with any kind of installation CD? If so, there might be a utility on there to re-flash the firmware.

Hmm, I would quit anything that auto runs from the CD and use Windows Explorer to see what else is on the disc - if there's a utilities folder, there might be something useful in it. or there might be a troubleshooting guide or something.

Also, could you post some more details about the model number etc of your device, as this might help in finding a solution.
