Peach-pineapple salsa, where have you been all my life?
Last time I shopped, I got a jar of regular salsa, because I was out, and a big jar of peach-pineapple salsa, because it was on sale, so what the hell. I figured it would be good on broiled chicken (it is)..
Just made a simple cheese omelet and put a couple of spoonsful on that .... yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. |

Yep. sweet salsas are great. Newman's Own has a good one. Sweet salsa over cream cheese and crackers, very good. Sweet salsa with smoky cheeses= amazing. Put some curry powder in there and it becomes luscious and delicious.

My wife makes some awesome mango salsa. It's pretty easy to build too, as it's basically mango, cilantro and onion.

I love cranberries, and that sounds very good -- I'll definitely give it a try.
