BP is guilty of criminal negligence.
This oil spill is causing irreperable damage. It is the outrage of the century.

BP owns the well only…there was another company, TransOcean, in charge of operations, and that company bears the majority of the responsibility. Their equipment, their employees, their safety measures…their failures.
I do agree that the potential for severe environmental impact exists despite all the measures.
What are you gonna do though? We are a nation addicted to oil.
