Which is/was your favorite Dairy Queen Blizzard flavor?
What flavor do you wish they would come out with?
German Chocolate is my favorite, and I wish they had Bailey’s Irish Cream flavor.
German Chocolate for me, too! I went for one just yesterday in fact, and their flavor of the month was German Chocolate Brownie. I got one and wish I had gotten plain ol’ German Chocolate. The addition of brownie was just too much.
I haven’t had a Blizzard in a long time but my favorite used to be Chocolate-covered cherry with Nestle`s Crunchies. I wouldn’t eat them right away though. I preferred to stick them in my freezer for a few hours so they could ripen.
Unfortunately, DQ stopped carrying Nestle’s Crunchies as an add-in and I had to find a substitute. I never really did but Oreo bits came close.
I keep waiting for them to bring back the Cotton Candy flavour. No, I’ve apparently not outgrown my sweet-tooth yet.
Was it blue?
Skor is clearly the best and if they ever discontinue it I will be sad. The Valentines flavour they’ve had the last few years Choco cherry is quite good too.
Other than that I stick to fruit flavours.
It has been 20 years since I had a blizzard. My scrambled brain can’t remember what I used to order.
I might have been still in college the last time I had one.
Other flavors I’d like to see are tiramisu, pistachio, licorice, and the ultimate in chill-York Peppermint Pattie.
Butterfinger Blizzards were the best!
They were also the very first Blizzard flavor.
They have the Girl Scout cookie (mint pattie) flavor that is like a Peppermint Pattie.
My favorite (although I would not turn away any Blizzard!) is Mud Pie.
My favorite used to be Banana Pudding. Bananas and Nilla Wafers. They seem to have replaced it with Banana Cream Pie, which includes pieces of pie crust. Not as pleasing to me as the Nilla Wafers. Oh well. I probably shouldn’t be having Blizzards anyway.
Haven’t had one for a long time, but I liked the peanut butter ones with the chocolate crunchy bits in them.
Peanut Butter Oreo, maybe?
I Googled - looks like it is/was Peanut Butter Crunch and was one of the original flavors (scroll down past the Zubaz discussion for a flavors listing).
A very rare treat - but once in a great while I just have to have a Choco Cherry Love
I always go for M&Ms. Tried others and go back to my M&Ms.
My favorite is the banana split Blizzard but it’s not always on the menu. Runner up is the one with Reese’s Cups.
