This is a serious post so please no jokes. so heres the story. I went out to a bar an drank about 6 shots of vodka and topped it off with a beer almost 72 hours ago. I went out with a friend to a dance club and everything was fine. Anyways after that I went home alone.
The thing is I am low on money and I am staying at this youth hostel place. There were like 4 other guys staying in the same room as me via bunkbeds. I got home around 4 am and went to sleep fast I remember. When I drink it really puts me in a deep sleep. Anyways it was blazing hot because this place has no air conditioner so I was just sleeping in my boxers and no cover I think.
I have stayed at youth hostels before and always considered them safe. I went to sleep and woke up later in the night and felt sick. I had a pain in my anal area too I noticed that was deep feeling.
Anyways I wake up the next day and I still have a pain my anal area. Its like a deep throbbing pain. I really didnt think much about it the first half of the day because I have a bump in that area that sometimes produces a pain (Im guessing hemorroid maybe) and I figured the alcohol must have aggravated it or something. But then I started wondering why now when I drink and not the other times? I think maybe I can recall a time a few months ago when I had a pain in that area but im not certain with a bulging bump that went away in a few days.
Anyways I have never talked to any of these guys before and dont know them. I am pretty sure though one of them is gay and from france though based on how he acts and talks. I started to panic and now its 3 days later and I still have the anal pain. Its getting better but still im worried.
Not to get too graphic but another thing is I noticed my bowels today smelled like perfume or something. I thought that was really odd and started to really panic thinking this could be some lube or something left over. But it happened nearly 72 hours ago…wouldnt any lube be flushed out by now?
Heres the thing. I have no memory of anyone raping me. But the thing is when I drink it knocks me out cold sometimes. The good thing is I do remember waking up feeling sick. So if that waked me up wouldn’t I wake up during anal penetration considering nothing has ever been up my anus before.

Evidence that you were raped is circumstantial at best. Drinking alcohol is dehydrating; a dehydrated butthole is an easily irritated butthole; you tell us that you have a history of problems in that department anyway. Plus, if you were so drunk that you can’t be sure what happened, you were so drunk that you could have fallen over and hurt your arse, but have no memory of the fall.
Your scenario requires not only that you failed to notice that somebody was raping you, but that three other people in the room either also failed to notice, or were complicit in some way. Not impossible, of course, but it would require more evidence than a sore arse after a night on the tiles before we’d think it likely.
If you are asleep, even deeply asleep, there is no way you can sleep through forcible anal intercourse. The only way that this could have happened is if you had taken so much that you were actually comatose. And, if you were that drunk, the big threat to your health here is not that you just might possibly have had unprotected anal sex; it’s that you are certainly drinking too much.
If you are worrried about your arse, go to a doctor. If the doctor sees anything suggesting forcible sex - or anal sex at all - then go to the police. But even if the pain is not connected with sexual assault it’s worth getting it checked out. When you tell the doctor this story, be prepared for him to lecture you about alcohol abuse. At the moment, this looks like the bigger health threat.
Assuming on the very slim chance that this is in any way legit, the first thing you should do is find a clinic that will perform an STD test. Your local LGBT groups will be able to point you towards a free or reduced fee clinic if funds are a concern.
Thanks guys. Actually I remember my night quite well. I remember going to the club, dancing with a girl, getting change for the snack machine and getting two bags of cheetos before going to sleep.
I do not have any memory loss really. I just know when I go to sleep after drinking its a deep sleep. Then I wake up with anus pain. That makes me worry…I dont recall having such long lasting anal pain ever I dont think.
Would a doctor be able to tell if I had anal sex 72 hours later or it was forced? I just dont think his answer will put my mind to ease because I could have healed up by now or maybe he didnt exmine me well enough.
But if I waked up because of feeling sick wouldnt I wake up during forced anal sex?
Of course this is legit. Also std testing right now is useless. I got to wait at least a month for an hiv test. I told the story with full truth and this is what happened. I have stayed at this same youth hostel for over a year before. Its safe but you never know since each person is new.
I mean surly someone would have seen it or stopped it or said something about it. Its not like I can just ask someone there “hey did you rape me? My anus hurts…did one of you rape me?” Besides most of them are gone now.
Seconding the recommendation to go to a doctor. And since this is such a deeply personal subject, and might possibly involve legal and/or medical advice, I’ve reported it for a move to IMHO.
But what is the doctor gonna tell me? It still doesnt help me. I have no idea which guy it was if it happened. I cant get tested for STDs this early anyways. Is there any reason liquor can make your anus hurt? Like hemmoroids being flared up? I mean could the doctor even tell this late after showes and all? I guess I could go to the ER for it?
Well, a doctor can probably at least tell you if there are signs that you have been raped, or if it is just a hemorrhoid flare up or something. That is what you are asking here, and nobody here can actually know.
The doctor looking at you is gong to be able to tell you a lot more than we can on line. You’ve received advice here that’s been seconded and thirded. The advice to see a doctor is about the only responsible answer we could make. Take that advice or don’t, but don’t keep asking the same questions.

Man…I feel horrible. How could this happen to me. I mean…surely I was not raped. Surely I would have some sort of memory of a guy doing it.
I know I should see a doctor. But do you guys think I would have woken up during the rape? I mean maybe I am jumping to conclusions here considering I have no memory of someone raping me yet I remember the rest of my night clearly.
