Rapper’s Delight, Magic, Another One Bites the Dust, and Just Like Starting Over are the four standouts I voted for. Escape is dead-ass last.

Good year in my book, lots of good songs. Voted for a bunch with none in particular being first place; pretty equal in terms of my liking.

Rapper’s Delight
Call Me
Rock Lobster
Funkytown

Another Brick In The Wall (Part II) - **Pink Floyd **
Call Me - Blondie
Cars - Gary Numan

If I had to pick just one, it would be the latter. The cold, plastic 80s have started !

But I have a real fondness for the other two because I distinctly remember watching the videos when they came out, two of the very first songs that I remember from way back when. Lots of nostalgic value, then. Plus, they’re good songs of course.

I’m not a fan of the Stones but Emotional Rescue may be one of the worst thing they’ve done. It’s barely a song.
