Well, I'm gonna pay for this in heartburn...

(let’s try this again)

but damn it’s good.

Friday dinner at Casa de wolfman:
Hot good Italian sausage, green peppers, onions, serrano’s and garlic, fried in way too much Olive Oil dumped on a huge sourdough roll, and covered with melty Gorgonzola and Parmesian.
Beverage of Choice: 1554 Black Ale by new Belgium Brewery

:Burrrrrrp:

What you eatin tonight?

The wife is away, so it was either defrost something she left, eat out, or…

Dig out the smoked pulled pork I had stashed in the fridge and whomp up a couple of massive sandwiches. Toasted onion buns. Chased with an A.J.Stevens ginger beer.

:Beeeeelch:

My wife is away as well. So, my dinner this evening is Wal-Mart brand macaroni and cheese, with Louisiana Red Hot hot sauce. However, I did drink a fair amount of Maker’s Mark bourbon, which always seems to make the Wal-Mart brand macaroni and cheese taste just little bit better…

For dessert: four slices of store brand American Cheese cheese slices.

I hope my wife gets home soon…

Parmesan cracker bread, Louisiana Hot Sauce, Smirnoff Blue Label vodka, Fruit20 chaser.

Maker’s Mark is a goodie. I’m sipping a glass of J.W.Weller 12 year old bourbon myself.

I’m tired and cranky, so I’m staying in tonight. Dinner is leftover buffalo/lentil chili (hellooooo fiber…tomorrow is gonna be entertaining); beverages are a couple of Bronxes and maybe a margarita.

Leftover fried rice with Sriracha and some chocolate bread pudding for dessert. I think I’ll have hot chocolate with some sort of booze later.

No heartburn, no upset stomach. Just pure pork bliss. Tonight I think I’m gonna scarf down the rest of the Eggplant Parmesan the wife made Thursday night. Yum! No heartburn there, either.

Although…thinking about it, I have all of wolfman’s ingredients laying around, and that did sound mighty tasty…
